The thing I like best about Childs Lake Estates is the staff. The staff at
Childs Lake Estates is wonderful, and cares about their residents. I would
recommend Childs Lake Estates to friends and family because the community is in
a nice area, and has lake access. It’s a great (and quiet) place to raise your
children.

The thing we like best about Childs Lake Estates is what we get for our money.
The homes and yards are nicely maintained. We have great neighbors, well lit
streets at night, great size driveways, and it’s quiet and safe with great
schools. We also appreciate the freedom to own pets.
The staff at Childs Lake Estates is always very friendly and worked hard with
me when I was looking for a home here. Very knowledgeable as well. The
community has its own private lake which is kept up very nicely. They have BBQs
for you to use as well. The roads are plowed very quickly and thoroughly, and
garbage pickup is always timely and neat. We would recommend Childs Lake
Estates to friends and family because in today’s economy, it is where you get
the most for your money. No land taxes, and in a few years, you own your home
and only pay lot rent like us.
